We kindly ask that clients provide at least 24 hours or more notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This advance notice allows us to offer the opening to another client who may be looking for an opening, and ensures that our clinicians are able to utilize their time effectively and be compensated for their work. Please note that insurance companies do not cover no-show/missed appointments or late cancellations, which means the full cost of the session will be charged directly to the client using the card on file to ensure our clinician is covered for their time.
